Three years before chico spice was created. I owned a small high quality restaurant where we grilled delicious meats over a small almondwood fire. Salmon, Halibut and Shrimp, to Beef, Pork and Chicken. We grew successful and became affiliated with many big names in the barbeque arena. It is through this experience that I was able to create and develop my love for quality and freshness in foods and especially in spices.
Hence, Chico Spice Co. was born. We shut down the restaurant to pursue my growing intrigue in spices.
Chico Spice Co. was started with three main blends and has developed and grown to meet the needs of our customers with many more blends and flavors. Since day one, all spices are ground every 7 days to ensure the highest quality and freshness in our products. We supply from the best local spice growers in Northern California and mix with the delicacies of the international spice trades.
